In accordance with US and Worldwide copyright laws, the content of this site is the property of the author(s). You are not allowed to use or copy any content without prior written authorization of the author. In particular it is not ok to:

• It is illegal for anyone to violate any of the rights provided by the copyright law to the owner of copyright.
• Copyright protection subsists from the time the work is created in fixed form. The copyright in the work of authorship immediately becomes the property of the author who created the work. Only the author or those deriving their rights through the author can rightfully claim copyright.

"Copies" are material objects from which a work can be read or visually perceived either directly or with the aid of a machine or device, such as books, manuscripts, sheet music, film, videotape, or microfilm.

My advice: use Adobe Acrobat or equivalent whenever possible for any written document you communicate outside your company. This is a very effective defense against copyright abuse. You can even use it for free for a few times, directly on their web site.
